the priority question of constitutionality is an effective mechanism in protecting rights and freedoms from every legislative violation.

that is why we had to study the role of the constitutional court in protecting fundamental rights and public freedoms in the light of Algeria's amended constitution in 2020; and we saw that it is actually a guarantor of rights and freedoms, and that it has a promising future in this field.
