Electronic transactions are among the most important development pillars on which all countries rely to achieve economic development, but this transformation can only be achieved by the presence of a specialized international body entrusted with the task of regulating and protecting electronic transactions, and this is what the united nations commission on international trade law (Uncitral) seeks to achieve.

through the provisions and measures it approved under its model laws that regulate the three elements of electronic transactions: electronic commerce 1996, electronic signature 2001, and electronic transferable records 2017.

therefore, the problematic about the effectiveness of the provisions approved by the laws of these terms and conditions presented in electronic transactions? the results of this study concluded that the success of electronic transactions can only be achieved by protecting its three components: electronic commerce, electronic signature and electronic payment, and the effectiveness of the model laws issued by Uncitral made many countries guided by them in formulating their legislation for electronic transactions.
