نظم المشرع الإطار المؤسساتي للاستثمار، من خلال المادة 16 من الفصل الثالث "الإطار المؤسساتي"، من القانون رقم 22 / 18 المتعلق بالاستثمار.
يتعلق الأمر بجهازين هما: المجلس الوطني للاستثمار والوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار.
في الواقع، هو ليس بالإطار المستحدث، إذ لطالما تضمنت القوانين المتعلقة بالاستثمار تنظيم هذين الجهازين، وجاءت هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل التعريف بهما والتحدث عن كل المستجدات المرتبطة بهما على ضوء قانون الاستثمار رقم 22 / 18 الذي ألغى النص السابق رقم 16 / 9.

The legislator organized the institutional framework of investment, through article 16 of chapter three “the institutional framework”, of law no.
22 / 18 related to investment.
it concerns two agencies: the national investment council and the Algerian agency for investment promotion.
in fact, it is not a new framework, as investment-related laws have always included the regulation of these two agencies, and this research paper came to introduce them and talk about all developments related to them in the light of investment law no.
22 / 18, which canceled the previous text no.
