In its content, this paper aims to discuss the subject of the educational process, which in essence targets the reality of learning the Arabic language for the primary school student, which is the cornerstone of the entire educational process.

we single out that the weakness observed in the reading subject in our institutions, and the inability of our students to acquire the faculty of the Arabic language, which is taught in various sciences and in all educational stages, which always leaves an urgent question raised on the lips of all observers of this low situation that has become-the reading subject-and the extent to which the reasons or reasons are known.

which led to this serious deterioration, and is this decline the result of educational performance, or is it due to reasons other than these, or to the student ? or is it due to the performance of the teacher, or both ? or is it due originally to those texts submitted to the student ? or to the educational system as a whole ? perhaps part of these questions will be answered by this modest paper.
