The present study, entitled “amongst the sources of hearing, arguing by the holy Quran.

sample study : the interpretation of al-Baq’arah, el-Imran and an-Nisaa by al-Bahr al-Muheet.

a descriptive and analytical study”, aims at tracing instances of the grammatical phenomena’s argumentation by the holy Quran through chapter al-Baq’arah, el-Imran and an-Nisaa, and how it affected the explanation of meanings of the Quranic verses in these chapters.

the jurisprudent provisions are often elicited in interpretations of Quran according to the entailments of the Arabic grammatical rules.

this is because various jurisprudent opinions may be an outcome of the various grammatical opinions, and this is the approach of abu-Hayan al-Andalusi in his interpretation, al-Bahr al-Muheet.
