قمنا في هذا البحث بتقييم أهم فرص وحدود عمل الجمعيات ضمن إطارها القانوني رقم 12 / 06 بالمقارنة مع القانون رقم 90 / 31، لكونها تشهد تراجعا محسوسا في نشاطها بالنظر إلى محدودية الضمانات المقدمة في إطار تأسيسها أو عملها وتمويلها لصالح الإدارة الوصية عليها، فأدرجنا بعضا من الأسباب المنطوية خلف ذلك وقدمنا بعضا من الاقتراحات لحلحلة الإشكالية.

In this research, we evaluated the significant opportunities and limitations imposed by the law of associations No.
12 / 06 compared to law No.
90 / 31.
we found that associations have experienced a noticeable decline due to the limited guarantees provided during their establishment or activities under the administration's supervision.
we identified specific factors underlying this decline and proposed solutions in the same context.
