Real estate ownership is among the issues that have been the concern of legislation in the past and in the present, due its functional role in society, as it has become the base of any country’s economy in achieving development.

the Algerian legislator followed the course of the rest of the legislation, regulating the field of real estate ownership and providing for its constitutional protection, as he put special preserve the public order of the state, and put an end to the transgressions of individuals such as taking their themselves.

in view of the lack of a clear real estate policy on the part of the legislator, and of the presence of a huge amount of laws regulating real estate ownership, and with reference to the prominent importance of the subject, we decided to shed light in the issue of criminal protection of real estate ownership in the light of Algerian legislation, to highlight most of the crimes committed against real estate and the penalties imposed by the legislator to deter the aggressors in addition to the provision of credit and security for real estate ownership.
