Abstract EN

In this research paper, we will discuss the relationship between compliance with laws and regulations and the development of organizational learning in the human resource.

we did this study at the university of Djelfa.

we chose a simple random sample because all administrative workers are concerned with compliance with laws, and this is reflected in organizational learning for human resources.

the sample is biased from the computer, after numbering all the community units, which we obtained through the information tables provided to us by the employee in charge of updating the workers' information.

through this research, we concluded that it can be said that there is a relationship to adherence to laws and regulations and the development of organizational learning for the human resource at Zaine Achour university in Djelfa.
