Abstract EN

The mental health is hard to define because there are no objective criterias universally accepted to speak about it.

the WHO defines it as: "a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing" which wouldn’t however consist of an absence of illness.

for its part, the wellbeing is also known for being a state of satisfaction of the body and the serenity of the spirit.

starting from that, the author in this article tries to answer the question of knowing which of the two concepts is responsible for the advent of the other or are they intertwined even inseparable.
