The electronic administration is now considered as a novice administrative method which is based on the electronic mediators to provide citizens with the different administrative services.

that method has been imposed by the universal electronic government quality standards that make use of computers and communications.

the transfer towards the electronic administration would make it easier to manage the establishments and make them available to citizens.

it also guarantees fast and better quality services as well as rationalizing government spending.

thus the Algerian government has asa goal the implementation of electronic administration through some reforms on different sectors.

this study that spots the light on the effort made to adopt the electronic government is limited in its assessment to the sectors with priority in digital transformation in Algeria.
