Abstract EN

Algeria is making many efforts to provide an investment climate compatible with the country's requirements, in order to increase job opportunities, upgrade the annual industry and achieve food security, but these efforts usually collide with reality in terms of implementation, follow-up and control.

this study is summarized in the new content of the Algerian investment law in law 22-18 and its subsequent executive decrees, in order to reveal the advantages and disadvantages and how to improve the investment climate in Algeria.
