This study aims to know the forms of copyright infringement and its impact on the electronic publishing movement in the academic community, and this is through a case study of graduate students at the university of Algiers 02 Abu al-Qasim Saad Allah.

the study was concluded a set of results, the most important of which is the majority of researchers published their scientific and academic literature electronically, and stressed that imitation and plagiarism are the most important forms of infringement to which electronically published works are exposed, and legal and technical protection are the best way to prevent attacks on authors' rights.
