This article addresses the recent systemic development of international law international trade and environment", which extended to international rules on both trade and environment, as the latter were particularly opposed by international trade agreements concluded under the umbrella of the world trade organization (WTO).

for example, there is a glaring conflict between the Cartagena protocol on biosafety of the convention on biological diversity and the Terbis convention on intellectual property rights of international trade conventions, which has a definite impact on legal security.

thus, this situation requires the introduction of new and innovative legal mechanisms such as systemic integration, the specialization base and the subsequent rule restricting the application of the precedent as well as the hierarchy of rules of international law.

however, the application of such mechanisms requires structural change in the rules of international law and the formulation of rules within the two regimes of conflict aimed at resolving such a conflict.
