In terms of the changes witnessed by the government in all the different fields the Algerian has founded the national authority to protect personal data as it is an institution to protect people’s digital life.

the notable things is that it was named the description of the independent administrative authority.in its attempt to investigate the credibility of this legislation this paper has concluded that the administrative description has real impact.

however the independent one was overcome by its embellished texts which will pose a real challenge to its practical reality.
