Abstract EN

This research paper deals with the subject of follow-up procedures for the perpetrators of corruption crimes in public deals before the criminal judiciary, where we find that the Algerian legislator, with the aim of preventing and combating corruption in the field of public deals, worked to issue legislation criminalizing acts that constitute crimes of public deals, and monitored penalties for the perpetrators through adoption of legal rules that guarantee detection and investigation to reach the perpetrators and refer them to the judicial authorities.

the aim of the study appears in the fact that the topic is interesting and up-to-date because it affects a sensitive sector, which is the public deals and their connection to the national economy, as well as the various crimes related to corruption, which negatively affected the proper conduct of the public deal and thus negatively affected the national economy.
