This study aims to know the reality of environmental creativity in public economic enterprises, as well as to know the results of applying this concept to its environmental responsibility, and what are the most important measures that it has initiated to achieve ISO 14000 environmental specifications, through a case study on the national enterprise of cement, sour el Ghozlan unit at the Wilaya of Bouira.

the study concluded that the national enterprise of cement adopts the concept of environmental creativity, and the concept of environmental responsibility, as it took the initiative to take a set of measures that would strengthen the relationship between it and society, and the application of a set of procedures that would adopt ISO 14000 specifications.
