The study aimed to identify the role of school administration in improving the pedagogical of the professor of physical education and sports in educational institutions, where the descriptive approach was used on a sample of 60 professor of physical education and sports from the state of Chlef and was chosen random, the researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (38) phrases divided into three axes.

the results of the study showed that the school administration has role in improving the pedagogical performance of the teacher of physical education and sports.
