Questions to parliament under the 2020 constitutional amendment is an important and effective oversight tool to guide the government's political accountability, which could lead to a lack of trust and loss of confidence through the possibility of triggering censorship of petitioners, the deputies of the national people's congress could thus raise the accountability of the government by signing the petitioner for the oversight of the policy statement and parliamentary questioning twice.

however, despite the positive scope of the petitioner's use censorship to reach the government as an impact of the interrogation, the maintenance with the same precautionary controls and restrictions as before made it realistically difficult to implement.
