The United States of America pursues to establish its hegemony on the international arena a set of ways, including adapting international law according to its vision, and it has employed this approach during the negotiations for the establishment of the international criminal court by trying to impose a statute that enables it to control its decisions.
its failure to achieve this made it embark on a hostile campaign against the court to undermine its functions, especially against its citizens involved in crimes committed on the territory that it invaded by it as part of its global war on international terrorism, adopting strategy to make those involved free from the court's jurisdiction through this paper, the objective is to shed light on this strategy, and its applications in Afghanistan.
