This study aimed to analyze the analyzing the success factors in moving towards the establishment of startup, starting from the idea to an innovative project ending with the establishment of startup on the ground, and to the importance of the university and business incubators in investing innovative ideas, through a sample of university of Tlemcen students.

the study reached several results, the most important of which is the individual and creative characteristics of the student are the first determinant of his orientation to establish a start-up, and the negative trends of other environmental factors such as financing and social factors have a greater impact than the positive trends provided by the university environment.
