Abstract EN

The subject of this study surrounds the jurisprudential rules related to inheritance and their applications in the Algerian family law, so that it starts with a statement of the jurisprudential rules mentioned by the scholars of Islamic law in the section of inheritance, and the documents for their work from the book, Sunnah and consensus, with an attempt to drop them on issues that fall within the provisions of inheritance, from the reasons and conditions and barriers, leading to the search in the extent to which the Algerian codified application of these jurisprudential rules and their implementation in the legal texts related to inheritance contained in the family law.
