Numerous individuals violate the building permits issued to them when they construct their buildings.

so, it become difficult to the properties owners to occupy or utilize their properties legally without getting a building conformity.

this prompted the Algerian legislator to issue executive decree No.

22-55 to resolve the circumstances regarding these buildings.

an amended building permit is required for the under constructed buildings.

and if the building has been already completed the owner need a certificate of conformity as a matter of settlement in accordance with the decree's defined procedures requirements.
