يتمحور المقال حول دراسة الخطاب عند علم من أعلام الفكر الاصلاحي في الجزائر، و لا سيما في ما قدمه الرجل من جهود علمية مضنية في دراسة الخطاب القرآني و محاولة فهمه و نشر علومه رسما و تدوينا و بيانا، و تتشكل نقاط المحاولة من العناصر التالية: أولا: مفهوم مصطلح الخطاب لغة و اصطلاحا ثانيا: التعريف بالعلامة محمد الطاهر التليلي، السوفي، القماري، ثالثا: جهوده في خدمة كتاب الله تعالى رابعا: جهوده في آليات فهم الخطاب القرآني خامسا: توصيات و نتائج.
Abstract EN
Summary: The article focuses on the study of the discourse of one of the prominent figures of reformist thought in Algeria, especially in the strenuous scientific efforts that the man made in studying the Qur'anic discourse and trying to understand it and disseminate its sciences graphically, codifying and clarifying.
