This study focuses on investigating valuable manuscript in the ‘Principle of Jurisprudence’ and this topic has never been investigated or published.

It aims to investigate an important issue, which is cause and condition that are parts of humanmade rule.

It also aims to examine the possibility of availability of legal rule with the availability of the reason or the availability of both of them, and to explain the difference between them.

The owner of the manuscript is one of the famous scientists in ‘Jurisprudence and its Foundation’, Sheikh Mahmoud Muqdish, and this has the potential to add importance and significance of the manuscript to the researchers.

In order to achieve this manuscript according to the criteria of scientific research, two written copies of the book have been compared and problems have been explained.

Documentation and evidence have been taken into consideration by researchers.
