Abu Muslim al-Khorasani (100-137 AH / 718-755 CE) And the reality of his role in the call and the establishment of the Abbasid state This research aims to find out facts related to Abu Muslim al-Khurasani that have not been dealt with by historians through clarifying and analyzing the significant role he played in changing the Historical events track of the Islamic state.

In addition to, identifying the noteworthy actions that he made and enabled Banu al-Abbas to establish the Abbasid Caliphate.

This study adopted the Analytical documentary historical method based on primary and secondary sources to discover unknown facts related to this Historical figure.

The study concluded several results, the most important of which are: Abu Muslim al-Khurasani contributed greatly to the call for the establishment of the Abbasid Caliphate, and this success can be attributed to strength of his personality and his ability to influence others.

Many outstanding contradictions have arisen regarding his relation with Abbasid Caliphate, and this act was the main reason of his death.

This study will open the way for historians to find out more unknown facts about the personality of Abu Muslim al-Khurasani and encourage them to do new research.
