the problem of implementing the judgments issued in alimony cases is among the problems that trouble everyone, as the intransigence of the convicts from performing alimony either due to their refusal or financial insufficiency, has resulted in the need to search for a mechanism that enables the wife and children to obtain their dues, especially when the husband is insolvent, which is what it was crowned by the creation of the family solidarity fund, which is a distinct social project.
