The conventional sureties, the only personal security envisaged by the Dahir of obligations and contracts, seem less and less able to provide a certain security to the creditor, and the credit could be affected.
the practice has recently imagined various forms of new personal security to restore the security of the creditor.
the independent guarantee is undoubtedly one of the best known, but above all, one of the most effective of them.
the independent guarantee is the work of the innovative imagination of the bankers, who; over the years, have focused on adapting their services to the diverse and evolving needs of customers it came with a view to ensuring a security for the creditor as regards the recovery of his claim.
the security allows the development of credit by restoring the climate of confidence necessary for the smooth running of the business.

Le cautionnement, classique, seule sûreté personnelle envisagée par le Dahir des Obligations et des Contrats, semblant de moins en moins apte à assurer une certaine sécurité au créancier, le crédit pourrait s'en trouver affecté.
La pratique a récemment imaginé diverses formes de nouvelles sûretés personnelles pour restaurer la sécurité du créancier.
La garantie autonome est sans aucun doute, l'une des plus connues, mais surtout, l'une des plus efficaces d'entre elles.
La garantie autonome est l’oeuvre de l’imagination innovatrice des banquiers, qui ; au fil des ans, se sont attachés à adapter leurs services aux besoins diversifiés et évolutifs de la clientèle Elle est venue dans une perspective d’assurer une sécurité au créancier quant au recouvrement de sa créance, les sûretés permettent le développement du crédit en réinstaurant le climat de confiance nécessaire à la bonne marche du négoce.
