Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the mentality of the craftsman and the professional pressures of state employees according to the heterosexual gender and marital status, and then to identify the relationship between the mentality of the craftsman and the professional pressures of the same sample, the sample consisted of (100) male and female employees with higher degrees of the Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies.

The results showed that the sample works with a craftsman mentality model based on their grades according to the artisan mentality scale, and they do not suffer from occupational pressures based on their scores on the occupational stress scale, and there were no statistically significant differences between the craftsman's mentality and occupational pressures depending on the variables of sex and marital status, and finally the results showed The existence of a difference in the mentality of the craftsman according to the level of pressures (high-low) and in favor of low pressures.
