Therefore, these companies are forced to take protective measures not to harm the environment, and national laws and contracts also require foreign companies to transfer technology and the technical knowledge that these companies enjoy to the host countries, through national public companies, in order to enable the future host countries to rely on their national companies to exploit their oil wealth.
