Abstract EN

This Study traces the woman’s poem’s path in Tabuk to reveal the social and national issues that appeared in her poetry, and study the most important poetic techniques used in her texts.

The Study relied on the Genetic Structuralism approach to reading and analyzing these women’s texts, and it came in an introduction, two parts, and a conclusion.

The first part pre- sented the most social issues such as disobedience to parents, unfairness between wives, de-scribing feelings of motherhood, and fear of society’s reception of women’s poetry.

The second part Studied the national issues in their poetry such as the Palestine issue, the civil war in Lebanon, the American occupation of Iraq, and the Syrian revolution.

Within two axes, the Study discussed the attempts of female poets to use several poetic techniques such as intertextuality, invoking heritage symbols, repetition of poetic imperative, dramatic construction, dialogue, polyphony, internal monologue, using of colloquial vocabularies, the employment of punctuation marks, and the visual formation of the poem.
