The problem of environmental pollution is one of the most important issues at the domestic and international levels, so the problem of environmental pollution, and how to provide legal and judicial protection is the basis of this research, where the concept of environmental pollution was clarified, and then a Statement of the international community’s interest in the problem, by adopting the principle of precaution and Caution in international treaties to combat environmental pollution, and the Saudi judiciary had a prominent role in providing judicial protection for the environment from pollution, so its adoption of the theory of absolute liability had the greatest impact in obtaining compensation for those affected by environmental pollution in cases where they could not prove the fault on the part of others, as It is sufficient for the occurrence of damage and the existence of a causal relationship be- tween the act and the damage, as the Saudi judiciary adopted the principle of in-kind compensation to remove the damage, and monetary compensation to redress the damage.
