Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to evaluate of non-saudi faculty members for the services provided to them iualjouf uni-versity, and to detect the caustically significant differences be- tween the means of participants' responses to the degree of eval- uation of non-saudis faculty members for the services provided to them in aljouf university according to the variables: gender, job title, specialization and years of experience within the uni-versity.

this research followed analytical descriptive approach and applied the questionnaire as a tool for collecting date.

the study sample was a sum of 255 faculty members.

results showed that the evaluation of the non-s3udi faculty members for the services provided to them in aljouf univer-sity were moderate, the higher fields were financial services followed by administrative services.

then, the field of academic services was in the test.

and all fields were (moderate).

results also showed that there were statistically significant differenc-es between the means of participants' responses to the degree of evaluation of non-saudis facility members for the services provided to them in aljouf university according to the vari-able (job title) and the differences was between assistance pro-fessor and lecturer to the favor of assistance professor.

and there were no statistically significant differences according to the variables (gender.

specialization and years of experience withm the university).

the most important recommendations of the study were the need to review all administrative procedures in the university and the determination to dev elop these procedures to achieve the goals of the university.

pay attention to the psycho- logical aspects and create an appropriate work environment.

so that, the faculty member can do his best.

finally, conduct a study mto tbe impact of job satisfaction and its relation to the level of performance of the facultv members.
