تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالذكاء الاصطناعي و تأثير الذي يلعبه في المجال المالي، و ما يمكن أن يحققه للبنوك التجارية من خلال تحسين أدائها مما يؤدي إلى زيادة ربحيتها، حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في البنوك التجارية في ولايتي البيض و تيارت، و تم توزيع استبيان على موظفي البنوك و بلغت عينة الدراسة 100 موظف، و تم استعانة بكل من برنامج SPSS v23 و AMOS v23 لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة و مناقشتها باستعمال نمذجة المعدلات الهيكلية، و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية للذكاء الاصطناعي على أداء البنوك التجارية.
Abstract EN
This study aims to introduce artificial intelligence and explain the role it plays in the financial field in general and in commercial banks in particular, as it helps to improve their performance and increase their profitability.
this study was conducted in commercial banks in the states of el-Bayadh and Tiaret.
where a questionnaire was distributed to 100 employees.
structural equations modeling was used to test and discuss the study's hypotheses using SPSS v23 and AMOS v23 programs.
the study concluded that artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the performance of commercial banks.
