تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الفائدة الاستعمالية لأرشيف الإدارة العثمانية الموروث منذ اللحظات الأولى من الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر في المجال العقاري إلى غاية صدور قانون وارنيي سنة 1873 م، مع تحديد المستغلين الأوائل لها، مرورا بالتعريف بإدارة أملاك "الدومين" باعتبارها الهيئة الأولى التي تبنت هذه الذخيرة الأرشيفية.
تم الاعتماد على تحليل الوثائق، باختيار المراجع التي اعتمدت على الأرشيف لسرد الواقع الحقيقي للنظام العقاري في الجزائر للفترة العثمانية، وإعادة رسم الخارطة العقارية الاستعمارية.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عرض المراجع، النصوص التشريعية وأدوات البحث الأرشيفية بالاعتماد على سجلات الرصيد العربي-العثماني.
Abstract EN
This article aims to analyse the ottoman land archives and their contents.
during the colonial period, the management of state property was to exploit these archives until the promulgation of the Warnier law in 1873.
this situation challenges us to highlight the extent of this exploitation, whether on the administrative, political, economic, social, archival or historical level.
we relied on document analysis, selecting references that were based on the archives, in order to determine the true reality of the real property system in Algeria during the ottoman period, and to redraw the colonial land map.
the study concluded with the presentation of references, legislative texts and archival research tools based on the Arab-Ottoman registers.

Cet article vise à analyser les archives foncières ottomanes et leurs contenus.
en période coloniale, la gestion des biens de l'état à exploiter ce fond archivistique, jusqu'à la promulgation de la loi Warnier en 1873.
cette situation, nous interpelle afin de mettre en évidence l'étendue de cette exploitation, que ce soit sur le plan administratif, politique, économique, social, archivistique et historique.
on s'est appuyé sur l'analyse des documents, en sélectionnant les références qui s'appuyaient sur les archives pour cerner la véritable réalité du système immobilier en Algérie à l'époque Ottomane, et redessiner la carte foncière coloniale.
l'étude s'est conclue par la présentation de références, de textes législatifs et d'outils de recherche d'archives basés sur les registres Arabo-Ottomans.
