Abstract EN

Our contribution and research concerns the management and reduction of a number of counterproductive behaviors in the organizational environment; so the objectives are: to understand the meaning of organizational justice with all its dimensions.

to diagnose the different types of counterproductive behavior; to check and verify the relationship between organizational justice and counterproductive behaviors; to understand the mechanism by which counterproductive behaviors are linked to organizational justice.

to understand the mechanism by which counterproductive behaviors links to organizational justice.

also, to raise awareness and propose to the managers to integrate the practice of justice within the organization since it serves the personal and economic interests of the workers and allows them to satisfy their needs of belonging and self-worth as well as motivating them.
