the objective being to highlight the importance of highly qualified human capital-competence- in a model of economic growth dominated by the production of knowledge.
our ambition is to be able to analyze the impact of the implications of skills at the level of the Algerian economy through the offer of a knowledge base favorable to the emergence of innovation.

Nous souhaitons dans cet article étudier le rôle et l’apport du capital humain sur la performance d’une organisation en matière d’innovation.
l’objectif étant de mettre en avant l’importance du capital humain très qualifié- la compétence-dans un modèle de croissance économique dominé par la production des connaissances.
notre ambition est de pouvoir analyser l’impact des implications des compétences au niveau de l’économie algérienne à travers l’offre d’une base de connaissances favorables à l’émergence de l’innovation.
