The human resource is the heart of the company, the challenge is to make it more profitable.

for this, today's manager is interested in the well-being and moral health of his employees and tries to create an adequate organizational climate.

in this research work, we have tried to explain the relationship between the organizational climate and the well-being of employees, in two Algerian companies : Lafarge Holcim Algeria and Sanofi Aventis Algeria.

we carried out a quantitative study by questionnaire and explained the relationship between our variables by a simple automatic regression.
