In his novel "the greatest", Ibrahim Saadi starts from the social conditions and political changes of Arab societies in general and Algerian societies in particular, to present his own position on the tyrannical Arab ruler, where he reveals through the novel the composition of this character, his way of thinking, as well as his pragmatic vision towards the surrounding society.

it also presents the positions of the figures supporting and opposing the tyrant's policy and the way they deal with the variables made by this arrogant ruler, thus establishing a narrative style with various techniques and tools that made it distinguished from the prevailing in form and substance.

as a result of the above, the novel "the greatest" has become an artistic pot that contains several ideologies carried by characters with different intellectual vision, we will try through this study to reveal the forms of these ideologies included in the narrative text under study.
