this research was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge management and quality of work life to strengthen employee commitment.

the research was conducted at a business entity that produces cleaning materials and equipment in Surabaya in Indonesia.

the study used a census sampling technique, namely using all 98 employees as the research sample.

the research data obtained through distributing questionnaires was then analyzed using multiple linear regression.
