The success of institutions with their various activities and types is linked to the optimal utilization or management of their various resources, especially human resources, and this last one, which is the main engine or axis of the activity of these institutions, that's why, we will discuss one of the topics related to human resource management, under the title of work stress and its implications for job performance in Algerian economic institutions, a field study at Somifos company-Bir El Ater, a retiré un message and this study will be through the descriptive method and based on the interview technique to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the data and information obtained through a simple random sample, which is represented by a group of workers in the previous institution, through this research, an attempt will be made to reach a relation between work stress and job performance for employees of Somiphos company-Bir El Ater.
