Abstract EN

Industrial clusters represent one of the most important mechanisms for the development and transfer of knowledge, they thus constitute one of the effective vectors of industrial development, through the establishment of specialized industrial poles of competitiveness whose industries of high technology.

this article aims to highlight the importance of this mechanism as an integrated approach to establish an electronic pole in Bordj Bou-Arreridj, Algeria.

nevertheless, the general objective is to create specialized industrial clusters in the different regions of Algeria, which is in line with the policy of the public authorities in terms of polarization and industrial subcontracting.

thus, the cluster system should be extended to different sectors, such as : agricultural and agri-food industries cluster, tourism cluster, pharmaceutical industry cluster, etc.
