Arab countries are suffering from a decline in the level of scientific research, which is still lagging compared to other regions in the world, and since progress is dependent on the condition of supporting scientific research at all levels and fields, this issue must be reconsidered, and the field of political science in the Arab world is also not safe from this decline, as the level of research in this field is still far from the responsibility and tasks entrusted to it, the crises of a Qatari, Arab-Arab, regional, international, political, security, strategic, economic, military, social, cultural and environmental nature.
