This study seeks to shed light on the issue of the relationship of exposure to western satellite media with the psychological adjustment of university youth.

this study was conducted on a sample of Algerian university students, and it relied on the survey method, the study reached several results, the most important of which is that the exposure of Algerian university students to western satellite media contributes to their poor psychological adjustment as a result of the nature and agenda of this media, which in its entirety expresses a western culture that is not compatible with the privacy of Algerian society, which leads to imbalances at the level of their psychological adjustment.
