this research paper aims to shed light on the individual or human contractor and not the contractor as an organization which after most studies in sociological heritage has focused on as a production organization and as a social unit, where we focused on the actor through “Michel Crosier” propositions.

we also tried through this study to approach the most important milestones in contractor production, its environment, its culture, and the variables surrounding it.
