Abstract EN

The adoption of electronic management in local communities in general and the municipality in particular is necessary to improve the quality of public services provided to citizens, because of the advantages it offers represented in reducing time, costs and effort, and it also works to reduce administrative and financial corruption, achieve transparency, eliminate bureaucracy, but the process of transformation these requires weeping changes that must accompany the adoption process for its success ; it is limited to administrative, human, technical and security requirements and progression in order to succeed in developing and advancing the services provided to achieve the satisfaction of citizens as it is the most important element in the state.

the local community in Algeria has embarked on the process of transitioning to electronic management, but this project requires further developments that must betaken in to account in order to reach the desired goal.
