This study aims to highlight the extent to which the Islamic financial sector benefits from financial technology, and how the sector has coped with the new financial innovation and creativity imposed by scientific developments, in addition to clarifying the extent to which financial technology is compatible with the objectives of Islamic law.
the study also examined on the financial sector of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the Saudi central bank (SAMA) and the capital markets authority (cma), have launched three (03) new banks, and new regulations for the application of financial technology within the framework of the fintech Saudi initiative, in order to be able to achieve the kingdom's objectives and make it a leading country in the field of financial technology internally and externally in the future.
the results showed the magnitude of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts in the application of fintech, like the establishment of a number of digital banks, as well as increasing fintech businesses.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence la mesure dans laquelle le secteur financier islamique bénéficie de la technologie financière, et comment il a fait face à la nouvelle innovation financière et créativité imposée par les développements scientifiques.
de plus, l'étude a mis l’accent sur le secteur financier du royaume d’Arabie saoudite, où la banque centrale saoudienne (SAMA) et l'autorité des marchés des capitaux (cma), ont lancé de nouvelles réglementations et institutions financières pour l'application de la technologie financière dans le cadre de l'initiative fintech Saudi, afin de pouvoir atteindre les objectifs du royaume d’Arabie saoudite et le rendre un pays leader dans le domaine de la technologie financière.
les résultats ont révélé l’étendue des efforts importants que le royaume d’Arabie saoudite a déployé pour l’application de la technologie financière, comme la création d’un certain nombre de banques numériques, ainsi que l’augmentation des entreprises fintech.
