هدفت الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر نشر التقارير المالية في زيادة كفاءة السوق المالية و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم القيام أولا، باختبار كفاءة سوق عمان المالي باستخدام بيانات شهرية لمؤشر السوق الأردني AMGNRLX خلال الفترة 2010-2022، حيث تم الاعتماد على طرائق منهج التحليل الكمي القياسي، ثانيا تم اختبار أثر النشر في زيادة كفاءة السوق من خلال اختبار وجود فروق في متوسط حجم التداول البنوك المدرجة بسوق عمان للأوراق المالية للسنتين 2020-2021.
و قد خلصت الدراسة في الاختبار الأول أن مؤشر السوق المالي لعينة الدراسة يحتوي على جذر الوحدة حسب اختبار كل من ديكي فولر و فليبس بيرون أي تمتاز بالسير العشوائي، و عليه السوق تتسم بالكفاءة عند المستوي الضعيف، و أنه يوجد فروق في متوسط حجم التداول للبنوك المدرجة في السوق قبل و بعد نشرها للتقارير المالية.

The study aims to demonstrate the effect of publishing financial reports on increasing the efficiency of the Amman financial market.
to achieve this goal, the efficiency of the Amman financial market was first tested using monthly data of the AMGNRLX market index during the period 2010-2022.
publication in increasing market efficiency by testing the presence of differences in the average trading volume of banks listed on the Amman stock exchange for the years 2020-2021.
accordingly, the market is characterized by efficiency at the weak level, and that there are differences in the average trading volume of the banks listed in the market before and after publishing the financial reports.
