Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the role of competent international organizations and bodies, in cooperation with national governments, in providing the necessary protection for women workers and in ensuring their safety and professional integrity against any threat to their careers, this paper also aims to highlight the rights of women in international and regional comparative law and the status of Algerian law, with a focus on the international protection principles of international labor law, in order to demonstrate their effectiveness to these rights.

it was found that the Algerian legislator was paying attention to the issue of occupational safety of working women, but the lack of expertise in the field of health safety was limited to the field of social protection, not to mention that the laws, which had become disrespectful of international laws, were not revised.
