Algerian legislation and international conventions have tried to put in place laws to protect children from any threat to them.

in order to do so, laws and agreements have been enacted.

however, the internal danger that threatens this group is its entry into the world of work and its abandonment of study seats, and the threat of the economy and the reason for the seriousness of this phenomenon in that this category join the work voluntarily or forced to get the food as a result of social and economic conditions with the protection space, which was simplified, which made the spread of this phenomenon within the communities and therefore with the benefit of employers from the immorality of the infidel in the the organization of child labor and forced their children to work instead of studying and this has long led to the emergence of international conventions trying to eliminate this phenomenon through the enactment of laws narrowing the introduction of this category to the world of work and the imposition of penalties for the violation or endanger the lives of children by forcing them to work.
