This study sought to determine the role of electronic management in applying governance principles in Algeria telecom company, the study has an independent variable (electronic management) and a dependent variable (governance principles).

the researchers relied on SPSS statistical method.

the study has reached the following conclusions : there was a statistically significant role of electronic management and all its dimensions (electronic planning, electronic organization, electronic control, electronic leadership) in applying governance principles.
